3-D Animation

Engineering/Technical 3-D Animation
HexaGroup 3-D animation developers created this technical animation demonstrating the design of a proposed terminal planned for installation off the Gulf Coast for a Fortune-100 oil and gas company. Aimed at community leaders and investors, the custom built animation is highly detailed and realistic in order to best capture and communicate the environmental safety precautions to be implemented in the design.

Cooper Cameron is a leading oil and gas service company that's always on the lookout for young engineering talent. In this highly competitive field, impressing job candidates is serious business. Even with Cooper Cameron's long history of excellence and international name recognition, luring the best and brightest to Houston, where the company is headquartered can be difficult when more glamorous cities beckon. To tackle this challenge, Cooper Cameron hired HexaGroup to create a multimedia presentation promoting Cooper Cameron's high-tech image to engineering students and graduates. Using Flash technology, we created an interactive presentation that emphasizes the company's position as a leader in technical advancements in the field it helped to pioneer. Distributed on CD-ROM, website and kiosk, this lively recruitment presentation promotes the benefits of working for Cooper Cameron to students and potential employees.

SMT Multimedia
Seismic Micro-Technology, Inc. (SMT) is the global industry leader in Windows-based geoscience interpretation software, having served the upstream E&P Industry since 1984. SMT called on HexaGroup to develop a presentation showcasing the features of their fast-growing software line, which includes 2d/3dPAK, EarthPAK, VuPAK, SynPAK, and the powerful PAKnotes feature. We developed an interactive multimedia presentation that delivers the information with striking visuals and Flash animation; to broaden its appeal to a global audience, we included a four-language choice for the accompanying audio content. The high-energy presentation, which has been distributed on mini CD-ROMs at trade shows and included as streaming content on the company's website, is part of HexaGroup's ongoing marketing work for SMT, along with corporate branding and print collateral.
