The CIO Sales Kit is a single product for two
audiences. The kit has three components: The visual presentation
effectively markets the outsourcing offering to both
internal and external users on a wide variety of platforms, with
the split screens carrying customized information depending
on the audience. Internally, the split screen facilitates a training
session; externally, it becomes an additional marketing tool.
The second component, a Web-based document management
system, allows for flexibility of content management.
Information about the offering is not sequestered with the
presentation, but accessible by the entire division via the company's
intranet. The third component, the dynamic XML-driven
update module, keeps the information fresh and up to date.

earned professional recognition at the 2003 Gartner IT
expo in Orlando, Florida.
