The new multi-media presentation needed to appeal to a wide audience, be deliverable across both the web and through CD, and had to incorporate custom music, narration and graphics. Also, the company was just beginning to market its product to specific areas of its target audience before this and the script development process included a honing of the information before the final script could be produced.

The entire production was created in Flash and included custom graphics such as a server illustration that crumples and then rolls off the screen like a paper ball. This one graphic required a few hours of work – our lead designer created the shot frame by frame, a 12 step process that included photos of an actual piece of crumpled paper. The result is a whimsical exclamation point on the point being made in the production.

The narrator was a local female voice talent who works closely with HexaGroup on a variety of projects. She arranged the recording sessions and worked closely with the script writer on making it narration-ready. The music was created by an in-house music producer and mixed with the narration track.

The new multimedia presentation is sleek, concise and engaging, delivering the necessary information in a succinct way. The music matches the mood of the peace as well as the light narrative style and the combined effect is of almost playful simplicity, conveying the ease of use of the company’s offering.
