Methodist Hospital
The Methodist Hospital System is the largest healthcare facility in the Houston Medical Center. During our eight-year relationship with the hospital, HexaGroup has developed multiple applications including a variety of web-based software from online procedure catalogs to nurse scheduling calendar. HexaGroup is also in charge of development and maintenance of the entire hospital system online testing application including over 10,000 users.

En-Touch
En-Touch Systems, Inc. designs, builds and operates networks that serve communities throughout the Houston, Texas area. Their site now features an online portal designed by HexaGroup allowing En-touch’s fast growing customer base to manage and pay bills online. The system features real-time credit card transactions, real-time online check transactions with TeleCheck, and live interactions with the En-touch back-end billing system, MACC. The new portal now allows En-Touch clients to set up a profile and account, store a credit card, and schedule recurring online payments. This was a challenge for HexaGroup as the billing methodology of energy providers is quite difficult due to a complicated Federal and State tax system.

Consumer Guide Inc.

Consumer Guide, Inc. (CGI) publishes free directories for the Better Business Bureau in over 50 markets across the United States. With its representatives selling advertising to BBB members in all of these markets, the company turned to HexaGroup for help with its workflow. We designed a web-based workflow management system for CGI that enables its sales force to create contracts online, which then flow into a database for reporting and accounting purposes. The system integrates with the company's ERP system to provide seamless workflow between sales force, administrative staff and graphic production group. This system also accelerates the commission process and keeps operations running more smoothly throughout the organization. With workflow simplified, HexaGroup has also expanded the application to handle other CGI publications such as Texas Golfer and Thunder Roads.
