
Large Oil and Gas Partner Portal One of the world’s largest oil and gas service companies contracted with HexaGroup to develop its partner portal. Developed on the Microsoft.Net platform, the core objective is to keep track of each partner’s performance and it relationship with the company. The application manages a large quantity of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and forces the various business managers to set objectives, define KPI and monitor results on a quarterly basis, thus allowing the company to have precise knowledge of each individual relationship. HexaGroup’s portal is now considered the knowledge management application for all company partners.
Riviana Sales Portal
HexaGroup developed a custom, Microsoft .Net based, sales portal for Riviana, one of the world’s largest rice companies. The portal manages all aspects of the sales process and is used by all members of the organization including management, sales managers, brokers, product managers and administrators. The portal offers a variety of ways to interact with the company’s information including multiple tools, data and workflow to maintain and manage sales objectives per product per region, promotions by client or product or region, the ability to track overspending and exception spending, and the management of performance and profiles of all brokers and sales representatives. Work on the module is ongoing; the next iteration will see an integration with SAP.
Rig Count The M-I SWACO Rig Count keeps track of all rigs, industry-wide, that are engaged in drilling and related operations, including drilling, logging, cementing, coring, well testing, fishing, waiting on weather, running casing and blowout preventer (BOP) testing. It does not include rigs engaged in workover operations. Schlumberger commissioned HexaGroup to develop a web application to query the information at at http://www.slb.com/content/services/resources/rigcounts.asp. The application is built on a Microsoft.Net platform with Adobe Flex components for dynamic graphic generation. |
