His extensive knowledge of the oil and gas industry — coupled with his strategic approach to content development and distribution — are guiding HexaGroup to become one of the leading digital agencies in the Southwest United States.
Arnaud’s specialties and key strengths include B2B marketing consulting, online communications, Web development, strong knowledge and an extensive portfolio within the oil and gas industry, process-oriented consulting and international expertise. He earned an MBA from the Institut Européen des Affaires, College of Business Administration in Paris, France.
A business-savvy leader and management professional, Didier is an expert in processes analysis, project management, team leadership and change management, offering 14 years of experience in the oil and gas business. He has successfully managed over $8 million in IT projects in a multicultural environment, delivering on time and on budget. During his 12-year career at Schlumberger, Didier held positions as Business Process Manager, Analyst, and ERP Business Analyst in Paris, France, before becoming IT Program Manager in Houston.
As co-founder and CEO of Chameleon Software, Inc., an IT services company focused on providing quality Microsoft services to the energy industry and acting as HexaGroup's custom software development arm, Didier developed the organization’s business plan and vision that landed sizable development projects in its first year. He earned an engineering degree from the Ecole Centrale de Nantes, France, and an MBA from I.A.E Paris, France.
With over 15 years of Internet marketing expertise at HexaGroup, Karen serves as Director of Operations. Her specialties include search engine marketing and social media optimization for companies of all sizes (start-ups to Fortune 500). An expert at inbound methodology, Hubspot and Google certified, Karen plans and oversees all aspects of Web strategy and online marketing programs, helping clients increase sales leads, double Web traffic and implement inbound marketing campaigns.
Prior to HexaGroup, Karen was an Internet marketing manager for a ticket broker and travel agency in the tennis industry. In less than a year, she planned, implemented and launched two successful tennis portals. She holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona.
David is a certified innovation professional (Innovation Engineering) and published senior executive for brand creation, management, corporate intelligence, marketing, new product development and reputational risk. He is an author for thought leadership articles on the energy industry, and his life story is highlighted in academic textbooks to help educate students about international marketing. David has extensive experience in managing a diverse portfolio of responsibilities to build markets, create brands, support sales and pioneer product introductions. His deep and broad background blends traditional disciplines with digital marketing to outmaneuver competition, accomplish results and generate profitable ROI.
David’s capabilities have proven to generate profits and new concepts for the following categories: businesses to business, technology, hospitality, engineering, energy (upstream to downstream), healthcare, consumer packaged goods, intelligence, retail and marketing communications agencies. Complementing this knowledge is his compassion and ability to build and lead teams that achieve opportunities. David holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Kansas and serves as a faculty member/adjunct lecturer for the Conrad N. Hilton College at the University of Houston.
Nap has over 30 years of experience as an IBM executive IT professional with strong international expertise. He is a leader in business strategy, architecture, design, definition, planning, development, deployment and life cycle management of technological solutions that enable and drive business processes. Well-versed in leading complex Enterprise programs and projects globally, Nap is known for his process transformation and engineering skills as well as his ability to drive teams by enabling breakthrough thinking, conflict resolution and effective communications, and managing cultural differences.
He also held the position of IT Director for the National Oil Company of Liberia and served as a business development consultant to the Liberian President's Cabinet. Nap holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts.
A corporate communication strategist with expertise in public relations, marketing communication and employee engagement, Mary Jo retired from Schlumberger Limited in February 2015 as Director of Internal Communication. During her 30-year career there, she held management positions in Public Affairs, Marketing Communications and Public Relations. In addition to corporate communication experience, Mary Jo worked in Schlumberger Marketing Communications with segments such as Completions, Well Services, Drilling & Measurements and Wireline.
Mary Jo holds a BA in English Literature from Marymount Manhattan College in New York City. She is a current member of the International Association of Business Communicators, European Association of Communication Directors, and the Public Relations Society of America.
With over 25 years of marketing experience, Ann has worked in both the agency and client arenas. She previously worked for Continental Airlines as the Manager of Brand Marketing and Tactical Advertising, ensuring the airline projected one global voice and image. She was responsible for enforcing brand standards worldwide as well as developing advertising campaigns in new international markets such as Beijing, Delhi, Buenos Aires and Berlin. Ann also represented Continental on the SkyTeam alliance’s global advertising and branding committee.
Her experience also includes the launch of ExpressJet Airline’s award-winning in-flight magazine, serving as editor and ensuring consistency with the ExpressJet brand. For over 10 years, Ann also worked for Unified Resources, a Houston-based marketing services firm, developing incentive programs, sales promotion and trade communications for Fortune 500 clients. She holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas Tech University.
Alfredo brings over 40 years of sales and marketing experience in Latin America and the U.S., specializing in consumer packaged goods. Having successfully managed national and regional brands in Venezuela for Gillette, Nestle and Mead-Johnson, and in the U.S. for Riviana Foods, his expertise covers profit and loss responsibility, brand management including packaging, pricing, promotion and placement, and consumer communications including media plans, execution and evaluation.
Alfredo’s many accomplishments encompass achieving and maintaining market share leadership along with profit expectations, adjusting to market fluctuations and changes in consumer tastes and trends, and adapting executions to differences due to country of origin, language preference and degree of acculturation or assimilation. He holds a BBA/AA from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela, and an MBA in Marketing and Management from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas.
