The relationship
Victory Packaging has been a long-standing client of HexaGroup. Over the years, we supported their growing marketing needs, from content and campaigns to strategic planning. As Westrock acquired the company and later merged with Smurfit, the brand entered a period of transition to adapt to the complexities of its evolving structure and market position. During this time, marketing efforts were scaled back, but we continued supporting core activities, including social media, success stories, and blog content.

Brand reimagined
Emerging as Smurfit Westrock Packaging Solutions, they needed a clear, confident relaunch and a partner who understood the brand’s history and its ambitions. HexaGroup supported the rollout of the rebranding across every marketing touchpoint. We updated all visual assets, internal templates, sales collateral, and digital materials, including the website, presentation decks, and document systems. Thanks to our long-term relationship, we were able to implement updates quickly and accurately, ensuring consistency at scale without disrupting operations.

A digital framework for growth
As part of the rebranding, we restructured and optimized their website. That included refining navigation, updating content architecture, and aligning technical SEO with the company’s refreshed messaging. The goal wasn’t just a new look, but to build a scalable, search-ready foundation for the brand’s next phase of growth.

What’s next: expanding the funnel
With the foundation in place, we’re now expanding visibility and generating demand across key channels. Our team is developing Google and LinkedIn Ads campaigns targeting B2B decision-makers in supply chain, operations, and procurement. These efforts will complement the existing SEO and content strategies, creating a more complete, full-funnel marketing system. As the relationship grows, Smurfit Westrock Packaging Solutions continues to rely on HexaGroup for not only execution but also a proactive, data-driven growth strategy.
